Warehouse Construction & Office Space

This project involved the design and construction of a large-scale warehouse facility with integrated office space, delivered to exacting standards of structural performance and functional efficiency. TSN Limited managed the entire project lifecycle from site preparation and foundation works through to structural steel erection, roofing, cladding, and interior finishing. The warehouse was designed to accommodate heavy storage and logistics operations, while the adjoining office space was finished to a high standard suitable for administrative and management functions.

Project Highlights

The warehouse was constructed using heavy-duty structural steel framing to provide clear-span interior space, maximizing usable storage area without obstructive columns. The foundation system was engineered to support significant floor loading, incorporating reinforced concrete ground slabs designed for forklift and heavy equipment traffic. The roofing system features long-span profiled sheeting with adequate insulation and ventilation to protect stored goods from heat and moisture. Loading bays were strategically positioned for efficient goods receipt and dispatch operations.

The integrated office space was fitted out with modern ceiling systems, tiled flooring, partitioned work areas, and full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services. TSN Limited coordinated all MEP installations including power distribution, lighting, air conditioning, fire detection systems, and plumbing to ensure a comfortable and compliant working environment. The project was completed on schedule and handed over ready for immediate occupation, reflecting TSN Limited's expertise in delivering commercial and industrial building projects across Nigeria.
