Arch Fawohunre is one of the foremost and most experience Architect in Nigeria. He has his Bachelor of Environmental Studies B.E.S. Hons – June 1977, Masters of Environmental Design M.E.D. (Arch.) – June 1979 all ftom University of Lagos. His is a member of Nigeria Institute of Architects (N.I.A) M/614 Registered member of the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) Registration No. F/395.
He has acquired a vast experience in the last 33 years both as a Consultant and a Lecturer while working with the following organization: (1) Lagos State Polytechnic 1979 – 1981 as a Lecturer (2) Archi-Hives Architects, Ilupeju, Lagos 1979 – 80 as a part time Consulting Architect (3) International Consulting Architects, Adelabu Street, Surulere, Lagos. (4) Mobil Oil (Nig.) Ltd. – on contract for 22 months – March 1983 to December 1984 (5) Polytechnic, Ibadan – on contract principally as a Lecturer from 1985 to 1990. Also one of the Consultants on POLY CONSULT (a) Catering/Hotel Management Department, Ketu Campus of LACOSTECH (b) Administrative block – Isolo Campus of LACOSTECH (c) Library, Ikorodu Campus of LACOSTECH (d) Supervision of Military Officers Houses at 12 sites in various parts of Lagos. (e) Nigerian Transformer Limited, Abeokuta (f) Administrative Staff College, Badagry (g) Central Mosque, Lagos (h) Thorburn Plaza – Yaba, Lagos (i) Eko Club Conference Centre – Surulere (j) Residential Complex for Chief Bode Emmanuel at Victoria Island, Lagos (k) Resident supervision of 6-storey luxury flats at 2 sites for Mobil Oil (Nig.) Limited at Ikoyi Lagos (l) Engineering Workshop Complex, Esa-Oke Campus, The Polytechnic, Ibadan (m) Ibara Housing Scheme, Abeokuta etc
