Arch Salami is vast in the management of group of architects and designers and giving them direction on projects. Providing leadership to the design team, collaborating with other members of the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Interacting with clients to determine design requirements, including reviewing sketches and models. Developing plans for new construction projects, remodeling existing structures, or improving the functionality of existing space. Examining architectural plans to ensure they comply with local building codes and zoning regulations. Meeting with contractors to go over specifics of the construction, such as the materials to be used and scheduling issues.
