He started his career with Standard Trust Bank now United Bank for Africa Plc. where he excellently performed in different roles, he left the bank in 2006 to join a business research and analytics company – Data Insights Limited, where he honed his skills in business strategy, business intelligence, data management, operations design and execution as well as operational oversight. He also serve as the Programs Manager (a COO equivalent role) in Hygeia Community Health Care, Nigeria’s first Community Health Insurance agency conceptualized in collaboration with the Dutch Foreign Ministry, the ILO, World Bank, and the PharmAccess Foundation of Netherlands. Under his watch, the subscriber base doubled to over a 100 thousand active lives. In 2014 he joined Konga.com, the pioneer Nigerian e-commerce company as the Head of Planning and Control
Oludare is currently Principal Consultant of Kuziere LMS, a capacity building and consulting firm focusing on Strategy, Planning, Middle-Management Support, and SME Development, and has served various clients within and outside Nigeria including Professional Insurance Corporation Zambia, Intrepid Zambia, Lagos State Health Management Agency, PharmAccess Foundation, Thrive Agric, and a host of other micro, small, and medium scaled enterprises.
